Roger was cited in an article by Carine Cyr as reflecting; “Our common mandate is to do the creative process together. You may be an expert in writing music, you are great in doing technology, you are good at staging actors. Around the table, we are all equal. And when we’ve agreed on a common idea, we then go back to our specific mandate.” Roger continues, “The point is to find people who have energy that resembles yours so that it resonates and creates something significant, something far greater than its parts.”
